How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Munisselfservices Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What can you bring to us?

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Munisselfservices Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

What if the problem is with a provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Munisselfservices Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

How do you file a complaint?

Send an email to contact@munisselfservices.living with these details:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

What happens after you write?

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

What if you are still unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
